My experience
There are a number of tools in my imagickpro account, I list them here and indicate how using them was. I have three categories.

*I had trouble getting this tool to work
^ The UX was very puzzling - the ‘accept’ option to choose the file was very hit and miss. Uploading images needed conversion of my test files (that I use everywhere - from mp3 to mp3)
& I never got this to work

I had a lot of File problems
30MB file upload to make engaging videos?
Photo puzzle tool that exported square images?
Photo collage that you could not see progress of only what was exported?
Uploading images and audio files was really awkward - I ended up having to keep converting them to upload them otherwise multiple errors - I have never had errors before - on 12 different software tests? I first thought that both mp3 and wav were not supported, as I got repeated upload errors
(I had to take a file exported by NOOTA and load it into Audacity then re-export it as mp3)
Exporting animated PNG’s did not work for me

My questions
-The license-what have we actually bought?
My account showed commercial license blue but all other options listed below (including unlimited where in red - what does that mean?

As in the appsumo gig description it says: Create and save unlimited designs.

- Will you be adding text animations? There are NO text animations - unless I missed them, even though there was a generous number of element/object animations.
UI- - select file and accepting are two different screens, and where very hit and miss. Are there plans to look at the UI?

In short - Dealbreakers
For me, I need text animations
The ability to preview easily (waiting until things are exporting takes me back to MSDOS)

But what was working - object animation was simple and worked beautifully. Interesting designs, of course we will always ask for more. Better for me than Drawtify as UI, which was really troublesome - but wowser they gave lovely designs.

A lot to fix which I would like to be looked at rather than adding more tools. You can throw those out and still have a decent tool from a great programmer - I think I will keep it. Depends on text animations and preview.
