Q: Very sloppy rollout.

I just bought 2 codes and I'm already regretting my purchase.

1. I go to redeem the codes, and it takes me to the login account that says I'm on a free plan.
2. Five of the links that I clicked on in the account took me to either 404 pages, or pages that erred.
3. I come back to the thread and notice that there have not been any answers to questions in the last few days, and before that just randomly.
4. In one of the few questions that was answered, you posted a link to the api docs and that 404'd also...

I'm assuming that these issues may be due to the appsumo effect but it sure doesn't look good...

What is your ETA of full functionality?

I'm sorry for all the issues you faced, have you ever tried to contact with us via support@useinbox.com , i cant see any tickets from you and as you can see on reviews, our technical support team helps the customers immediately.

We haven't had any problem with our resources pages lately, and some of our customers send us screenshot with this 404 problem with API page, there was a "dot" at the end of their links that hey copied and pasted, maybe this could be the problem while copying the link.

That's right some of our pages on the portal was broken but they were solved almost 2-3 weeks ago, thanks to our customers who wrote us from support email.

If you also send us a ticket from our support mail and send us the screenshots of your issues, we'll gladly help you.

Yes I have contacted your support numerous times. I am surprised that you are saying that there are no issues with the setup... These issues must be known. I right now have an account that says free, limit 500 contacts. You all deleted my account and said that if I reactivated it would work. It still does not work... I thought I saw others with similar complaints...

After finally being able to test the working product, I'm taking a chance and stacking that last code. If you all continue updates, support, and tweaking the platform you may end up with one of the best email services out there. Good Luck!

I have had very slow service issues, and bugs, making changes, saving, coming back and the changes are gone. have you had any luck?
