This is Dr. Akash, just launched my online consulting business. So, this is will definitely improve the management of my leads. No custom and prospects can say that they haven't heard from me / didn't receive the followup emails, as I can keep an eye on their pretentious avoidance and excuses.
The only thing it needs that they need to go a bit extra mile to integrate and help non-techies like us to integrate the SMPT with inbox which I am still struggling. Forwarding just knowledgebase 'articles/ Quran/bible' seriously doesn't help as don't have too much time as a one-man-brand to go through every words and page after pages for self-help!
