I was in search of an alternative to ActiveCampaign and came across this platform. I was initially impressed by its user-friendly interface and how quickly I could navigate through the site.

However, we heavily rely on tags to effectively segment our membership and implement automations and personalized email content based on specific needs. While it is possible to assign tags to contacts, the level of customization and segmentation we required was not fully supported.

Regrettably, it seems that this tool will not fulfill our specific needs. Nevertheless, I must admit that it is a great option for those with a basic email list and uncomplicated automation requirements.
