I help with a few local charities and have been looking for a way to improve my member engagement. I don’t have a lot of time or money to spare so most popular tools are out of the question. I tried out INBOX on a free account and found it quick to learn. I went ahead and purchased the lifetime. I ran into a few hiccups understanding the user interface but between the training videos and fast support responses I figured it out. I’m sure people who have used Soloman tools will find it easier. The WYSIWYG newsletter editor and template selection makes it super easy. I did run into an issue where the domain they use to track link clicks was being blocked by Verizon but a email to support quickly fixed it.Hopefully they add a feature to disable link tracking before publish. I have published three newsletters so far and have gotten a lot of positive feedback. Being able to use it for multiple organizations is great too.
