Light on the Zapier integration
The platform is really easy to use and the automation workflows were easy to configure. I stcaked 3 codes as I was so looking forward to moving our business over to this platform. Unfortunately, the Zapier integration is far too limiting. The only field we are able to pull through Zapier is the email address. The default custom fields of first and last name aren't even available.
For this reason, the platform use is very limited as we cannot integrate it with our other systems, nor import data into custom fields through Zapier. As the Zapier integration is marked complete on the Roadmap, I am concerned that we may not be able to use the service as we had planned and may need to refund it entirely. Which is really too bad, as it appeared to have everything needed to make it a real winner.
I hope that they plan to offer custom fields as part of the Zapier integration very soon and the email address limitation is only while they are listed as a Beta integration. Should it allow custom fields through Zapier this is a 5 taco deal all the way.
Any updates you can provide on allowing custom fields through Zapier would be much appreciated.
