InbOx solved a very specific need for an email marketing tool that I could choose to use when I wanted and not to when I don't without continually paying a premium during the dry periods. The tool itself is simple in terms of design which makes it easy to understand although I would love for the user interface to be enhanced a bit more to increase the joy of using the product. Setup was easy and straight forward although I ran into one issue activating a sender account but the support was expedient in helping me resolve that issue. They are also open to looking into any edge use cases if you bring them up. For example being able you use a custom-built form with the system similar to what's possible with Mailchimp and other main stream players in the space. Overall the deal is hands down a steal and there is great potential here and I'm looking forward to the future of this product.
