I’ve used several email systems: Mailchimp, GetResponse, OnInbox, and ConvertKit. I’ve noticed a much higher open rate with INBOX than with any of the others. I don’t know if this is due to their software or my improving subject lines.

I bought three codes and have 30,000 contacts available to me (only using about 300 at this point). I was able to import a .CSV with no problems.

Everything works as expected (lists, segments) with one exception: in order to send a follow up email only to those who either opened or didn’t open the original email, you must add it as part of a monthly plan. Unfortunately, since I’ve got 30,000 plan, the monthly plan costs $66 to get that feature (and others that I don’t recall). Since I’m far from 30,000 at this point, that fee is prohibitively expensive right now.

Their service has been great the two times I reached out.

So far I’m very happy with INBOX. The feature I wish it included has become a “nice to have” and not a deal-breaker.
