Since a while I am juggling between Encharge and InBox. In fact, I was close to deduct one Taco because of the missing Conditions in Automations. However, I think reducing a taco is not really fair as they came here as an "eMail-Solution" and added the automations as a Bonus for Sumulings. The did not add it completely, that´s a pain, but that does not make the deal unfair.

From the point of view of an eMail-Suite InBox is great. I really love the templats and the Layouts, the whole builder is just nice. So it completely fullfills all that you want to have for sending out Newsletters and Follow-Up-Mailings.

The other sad thing is the deletion of contacts: Once you have sent out a mail to an eMail, you can´t delete the eMail anymore. It will still count to your limits. This is a sad step because some day you will be stuck on your list as you don´t have free spaces.

Yes, they promise you they can finally delete the contacts if you explain them why you need them deleted, but I am not sure if this really will happen in 5 years or so. It leaves a sad feeling. This was the main point I only gave 4 Tacos.

So if you can live with this two CONs (Missing Conditions and missing Deletion of Contacts) you have a robust Mail-Suite with wonderful Templates and a good builder!
