2) on Tier 3, you say "manage up to 500 contacts per month", do you mean
2.1) i can write to 500 contacts with auto follow-up, that's right ?
2.2) as there are 5 email accounts, is it 500 per email account or 500 shared for the 5 email accounts?
3) can i swap the emails slots? So that i could remove an email account and set another one instead of the previous one?

1) Yes, you can set up an entire sequence of email auto follow-ups.
2) If you have a plan for 500 contacts, you are allowed a total of 500 contacts per month on the platform. These contacts can be part of one sequence or multiple sequences, but the total is 500 per organization.
3) It is not advisable to remove email IDs, as doing so will affect the statistics related to those emails.

Ho are splitted the 500 credits for a team of 5 users ? Can a single user use 500 credits and other won't have any one credit left ? Or is it 100 per teamate ?
I think you should
1) really separate quota per user, even in team
2) you should increase the amount per user in Tier 3 because the mean is the same as in Tier 1. You always get more when you take higher plan
The 500 credits are shared across the team, hence, any user can use them rather than having them split per person. We are also reviewing quota allocation and increasing credits in higher tiers. Your suggestions are valuable, and we're making these improvements a priority.

And lastly, to me it's a pretty deal breaker to not have the possibility to remove a user and add a new one. In a team there is a turnover, thus this deal is not lifetime for a team... It's pretty rare the deas where you can't swap the users in the team. I Could purchase fullstack and refer some friends to purchase fullstack to if this possibility comes... the ball is in your camp ;)
