Q: I purchased this a few months ago and have reached out to support twice now with no response.

I need to switch the email that my account/user vs Inbox Pro is connected to - I do NOT have access to the old email/Google account - we moved away from it for old email and now back to it with new company email/domain.

Please advise as to how I add my purchased codes to the new Google Workspace email accounts ASAP.

Q: I created a sequence, and used it once.

However, when I went to check the status I found that every single email I sent enabled a sequence.

Is this the intended work flow? I think it makes more sense to choose to add a sequence when you need it instead of being auto enabled all the time.

It's strange since to start a sequence you must assign it manually when you are going to send an email, a sequence is not added automatically to each email you send.

Could you send me an email to support@inboxpro.io with the user with whom you created the sequence to see what is happening?

Q: Connect to Google, Office 365, Outlook, and iCloud calendars I'm confused, so does it work with Office365, or just the calendar?

If it does everything you support on GMail but using O365 I'm sold.

Q: Hi, congratulations for the very clever and functional product!

However I ask you my need: unfortunately I have about 30 emails (not only google but also from my server with the pop3, imap, stmp configuration and therefore my question is this:
1) do you plan to make a desktop app as well?
2) could it also work with mails that I create from my server with my domains?
3) could it support 30 different mails and more?

Currently InboxPro only works with Gmail but many other users have requested us the possibility for using for other email providers, using imap etc.. So we have include it in our roadmap as you can see here:

Regarding your questions

1) Is not in our roadmap but could analyzing of course

2) Not now, as I explained above, because now you need to use it in Gmail with your extension active, but in the future when we'll have imap configuration Yes

3) Through Appsumo is only possible for 15 emails, but you could have different teams. I mean you'll need to create different owner accounts and add to each one your other accounts as a tem members
