When I purchase something from AS, I expect the product to be quasi-just-outta-beta and for that fact, I expect some hiccups. It's not always the product I buy, it's also how the customer service deals with unforeseen problems.

Case in point, IBP is unfortunately a product that is at the ebb-n-flow of its dictator, Google/Gmail. When an update occurs on that end, it will undoubtingly affect IBP. By the time I added the extension, Gmail brought in an update. IBP's customer service was pleasant to work with and gave updates on the status on a regular basis until the problem was resolved.

l would also like to suggest a future feature. When I send out an email with multiple recipients, I'd like to know which one of those has opened the email. Having the number of times it's been opened is great, but worthless when I need to know who opened it. Hopefully this is something that can be added soon.
