So far, so good

I've been using Inboxally and Warmbox, but I thought an LTD would help me reduce overhead, so I'm at Tier 4. So far, I have set up 5 inboxes without a problem and found Chat Support to be instantaneous and helpful. If the reports and ability to monitor my IP reputation work as expected, this will easily be a Five Tacos....

In settings, you can receive the email if your IP reputation gets below or increased for your inbox. And the ability to monitor IP reputation work is in our TO-DO list.

Has alleviated some immediate pain

lets just start with the bad
- chat support could easily be optimized
- sometimes the IPS reporting isnt accurate

The good
- I have normal reply rates from my previous experiences
-very low bounces rates (I may also start running my lists through 2 seperate validation tools)
-the star feature seems to make a difference

Compared to other warming services, the messages contain more quality and conversational like replies.

On top of that, the advice given on reply rates and sending limits is different than others I have heard in the space from before. Different doesn't mean better, but different does seem to be working right now across 10 gmail accounts. (I am sending between 20-90 warm up with 80% reply and 60% start)

Even seeing the amount of people saying they're not interested has me hopeful that at least the messages are landing in the inbox.

so far 1000 total cold messages sent - 50% open 10 replies, 1 positive - (I left tracking on in this test phase as well)- *** this wasnt some highly segmented or clay enhanced list.***

Love the product so far. Looking at buying a 5 tier package early october after I test out some various private infrastructures for these dark dark times

*** Wish there would be some changes made on the support chat giving you access to view old conversations********

So far, not bad! It seems to be working.

Overall, this product works with STMP, Google and Outlook email accounts. It warms up as expected, and I haven't experienced hiccups as mentioned in the other reviews. However, I can't give this 5 tacos yet because I have yet to see an IPS score. I've been using this for a little over a week, so I'll update this as time goes on.

For now, I get AI generated email opens and replies. My gmail now is sending over 130 emails without any problems and it's warmed up! So time will tell as things go on how the other features work. I can tell you that the warming-up works!

Oh---and for STMP, it's great-- it does warm-up more than 120 emails a day to start with so that's great.

I saw a lot of negative feedback, and just wanted to make sure that I wrote a truthful review from my experience. hopefully this helps others. I think the price is worth it for lifetime -- it's just now waiting for the IPS to work.

Inconsistent Email Syncing and Non-Existent Customer Service

I've been experiencing issues with the app's email syncing functionality. Despite setting it to send a certain percentage of my emails daily (20%), the emails remain queued and unsent for several days. For example, if I set it to send 100 emails with a 20% daily increase, the app won't send any emails initially. Then, after a few days, it suddenly syncs and sends all accumulated emails at once. This leads to a burst of over 200 emails being sent in a single day, which is not what I intended.

Additionally, customer service is non-existent. It's been five days since I emailed them, and I have yet to receive a reply.

Promising Concept, Room for Improvement

I was excited to try Inboxy, as the concept of improving email deliverability is crucial for my business. However, my experience with the product has been mixed.

The Good:

- Easy to set up (30 min for 5 inboxes)
- Love the "live" data and insights in email feed
- The idea is solid and addresses a real need

The Not-So-Good:

Inconsistent Data: Inboxy claims no emails are going to spam, yet my "Inbox placement score" is 0. This doesn't align with our real-world experience, where we know some emails end up in spam folders. Screenshots:

Missing Features: The pitch mentions AI technology to move emails to the primary inbox, but I couldn't find anything about that in the interface. Similarly, customization for the promised AI-generated subject lines and content "to better resonate with my audience" seem to be absent.

Non-existent Support: The live chat widget on the site always shows as available, but after three attempts, I received no response. There appear to be no other support options. Screenshot:

In summary, while Inboxy presents a good concept, the current product feels unfinished and seem to lack some features promised in its marketing materials. The absence of responsive customer support is concerning.

I'm open to updating my review if these issues are addressed. I hope the Inboxy team can smooth out these wrinkles and deliver on the product's potential. For now, I'd recommend potential buyers to wait for further development and improved support before investing.
