Q: Google Indexing API

Does the tool use the the Google Indexing API?
If yes, Google says: The Indexing API can only be used to crawl pages with either JobPosting or BroadcastEvent embedded in a VideoObject.
What about that?

A: Google has always had the stance that the indexing API is only for JobPosting or BroadcastEvent embedded in a VideoObject. Indexguru successfully submits indexing requests with Google. Wether the URL gets indexed is ultimately up to Google.

Then it would be too dangerous for me to use the tool. Google could classify the entire domain as spam.
