I give Influence a 10 Taco Rating. Why? I love their product. It is visual, interactive, easy to set up and modify. 5 Tacos. First website worked fine. Second website had a few problems with it working. Once I have had my provider reinstall the pixel, it worked to perfection. During the problem solving phase support was prompt, followed up and worked toward a solution. Support gets 5 Tacos. After having it on two websites I decided to add it to a word press site I have. Installed the plugin, pasted 2 lines of information, modified what I wanted to appear and in less than a couple of minutes I was finished. I can always visit my website and watch influence show me what is happening. No only do visitors like the feedback as they visit, I enjoy seeing it as well!
