Really want to love it but can't
First of all I really like the product and it's features and what it aims to do.
No doubt it is really challenging creating and improving a product with a flood of new customers coming in at the same time. Kudos to the team for tackling this.
Unfortunately beyond the simple FAQ, support is unfortunately lacking which is a big concern as I bought 5 codes for the white label features to create sub-accounts to use with other clients and I need to make sure the clients are looked after properly.
Sub accounts for clients script code dont work. the script code copied is misleadingly that of the parent account so if you're creating campaigns off the parent account, dont cos your data will be skewed.
They said they were looking into it why sub-accounts for clients couldnt work and never got back to me.
I asked if it was possible to change a sub-account's email address.They said that it wasnt possible at the moment but the dev team were making it possible in next few days. more than 2 weeks later, still couldn't do it. Promised not delivered.
I had trouble with the notifications not coming up for a client (1 of 3 landing page notifications werent working). they said they'll get back to me. I chased them up. Still no reply.
I dont feel comfortable offering this to clients when it's not really working fully and properly with support that can be relied on.
Love the product and what it aims to achieve but very disappointed that it's not working as expected.

I will personally look into your concerns related to the Sub-accounts script.
We launched a new module under which sub-accounts are being created as "new users" under the "master account". This was done to improve the analytics reporting of Sub-users & eventually creating greater value for them also.
Regarding "Email editing functionality" for Sub-accounts, this has been completed & will be released in the next 2 days, which is by 27th-Jan.
You can contact our support anytime & I will personally look that the concerns will be resolved on time.
