I've had this for some time now and used it at a very basic level on a website for a few weeks. It seemed okay, but my needs on that site changed, so I removed it and never had need of it again for months and months, until now.
With a fresh look at it, the UI is just as terrible as I remembered. However, I persevered and managed to get it set up again, or so I thought.
The "announcement" notifications don't change from the default text and styling, making them useless.
The Google integration to make the "Google Review" social proof aspect work doesn't actually work making it useless.
The Visitor Count notification doesn't seem to update during a period of 24 hours; mine stayed at 6. This means it's not meeting the lofty ideals of accuracy and is therefore useless.
It is possible I am making a mistake during set up, but I have followed the useless documentation as far as possible and of course, sought help.
I contacted support twenty-four hours ago and understood when I didn't get an immediate response. However, as I write this, there have been three "agents" online for several hours and not one has seen fit to reply or acknowledge my support request making even that useless.
If this ever comes to AppSumo again, I would recommend you avoid it.
I regret the purchase and frankly, if support isn't there and the tool isn't intuitive enough for an average person to use without having to ask for support where support is advertised, then it's useless.
