Influencify Reviews

Their customer service is non existent. I've tried multiple times to get hold of someone because I'm not able to get into my account. Now I'm seeing a message saying my account has been deactivated.

I got a response on one of the multiple times I reached out to them and it was not helpful, then no further responses were received.

I had to reach out to Appsumo to get assistance with this and Influencify still is not getting this issue resolved.

The app is only in english so the only way I can use the app was by finding influencers and exporting the information. It was a difficult process and I contacted the support with suggestions and give ideas on the roadmap. However recently they simply removed the complete exporting feature, and now my only option was to contact the influencer via the platform, and invite them to join. But they don't speak english, and the way I see that is only better for the platform not for me as a user or for the influencer.
My feeling while using the app was that protecting the data is more important for them than the users. They are not playing the long game. Luckily it was one day away for the refund period to end when I notice the change.

Congratulations to your team for this really amazing tool, I thought a lot because of many questions from the community here but finally I bought license 4.
To all future users you should know that a productivity tool does not replace all your human work so once you understand this you will save a lot of credits on this tool.

Initially i had some issues understanding how credit system works. But support team was awesome and answered all queries well. This definitely helped me gain insights on how to approach each influencer as we now have data and we can decide on wha to offer them. I also found a weird usecase of using the interest of the followers to use it to target them on ads (sounds weird i know). Thanks for bringing this to appsumo. Best of luck.

Oh yeah what I like the most is we can target our followers...We have been using another tool that was able to show us all followers with their statistic data. So anytime when someone followed us we could see who was it with metrics like engagement, locations, genders, followers etc. But that app has stopped working for some reason. This tool came across at the right time....We can do pretty much the same....It's a big plus to see who follows you ad recognize if there are some Influencers you can cooperate with...
