Hi! I purchased Tier 3 primarily because of the audiobook features, and I’m a little confused about the difference between Tier 3 and Tier 4 when it comes to voices.
Tier 3 includes 30 audiobook chapters per month and access to 38 AI audiobook voices. Tier 4 also lists the same 38 voices, but it additionally includes “Early Voice Access.”
Could you clarify exactly what Early Voice Access means?
Does Tier 3 continue to have full access to all of the standard audiobook voices, with Tier 4 simply getting newly released voices earlier?
And if Tier 4 gets new voices first, will those voices eventually become available to Tier 3 users as well, or could some future voices remain exclusive to Tier 4?
I mainly want to make sure I understand what I would actually be gaining by upgrading from Tier 3 to Tier 4 for the audiobook features.

Sep 6, 2026A: Hi, good question. Tier 3 and Tier 4 both have full access to all 38 audiobook voices, and that doesn't change. Early Voice Access means that when we add new voices, Tier 4 gets them first, and they then roll out to Tier 3 as well. No voices stay exclusive to Tier 4.
So for audiobooks specifically, the upgrade gives you 60 audiobook chapters a month instead of 30 and earlier access to new voices. The other Tier 4 differences are 3 team seats and priority rendering when the queue is busy. If 30 chapters a month covers you, Tier 3 already has the whole voice library.
