Iam happy with my purchase - however i have a question about my account
I am enjoying this product very much; a lot of capability and upgrades are looking good. However, I am trying to figure out if I am on the Tier 3 plan. Do I have to upgrade to Tier 4? I was informed I have to upgrade my account to use full illustrations. 2. Do I receive 30 chapters per month for audiobook creation or a one-time use of 30 chapters? Because my chapter subscription for audiobooks has not renewed, that I am aware of. I'm just looking for clarity.

To clarify both: your 30 audiobook chapters are monthly and renew automatically at the start of each calendar month, not one-time.
On illustrations: fully illustrated picture books sit outside the AppSumo deal at every tier for now (we added fully illustrated books yesterday, 29th August 2026), so no need to upgrade to Tier 4 for that; they run on chapter credits instead, which you can add from your dashboard whenever you want to make one.
