Q: First Use case
Hello, I am an online course creator. I need to share agreements and digital products with my accountant and my lawyer (for copyright registration purposes for example). For digital products I do not intend to store them on my InPrivy account, I will use an external service from where I will generate a shareable link, I then intend to add that shareable link in my InPrivy account in order to generate a secure shareable link (with download limits, expiration times and notification upon access) which I will send to my accountant and lawyer. For agreements, contracts and related material, I may upload them directly on my InPrivy account or use a similar workflow as above. Is this a valid and feasible workflow/use of InPrivy? Please let me know.

That sounds like a lot of manual work if you have many links to generate and share. We do offer an API that allows you to create shareable secrets, but that endpoint is not able to add files, so only text content.
But other than that, you could use InPrivy for this use-case, yes.
Anders, thank you for replying. In this case, I was looking for a way to share links for legal or accounting documents that are secure, that have expiration times and give me access notification. This is not a bulk use case, it was to see whether normal links could be secured with InPrivy via shareable secrets.
