Q: What is the file limit I can upload?
I tried several times to upload a size of 500mb or more but it didn't work. I tried to upload the same size as with my cloud account such as pCloud, Google Drive, Ice-Drive never failed.

What exactly do you mean by "it didn't work"? Did you get an error message? If yes, what did it say? Are you uploading the file from the backend, or the frontend (Public Sharing URL)?

Thanks for providing the videos. This is definitely not a storage limit issue, there is something else going wrong. Unfortunately, there is nothing in our error logs regarding this. Upload speed is also pretty slow, it seems. Our data servers are located in Germany and Switzerland. We plan to introduce additional datacenters at some point. Could you do me the favor and send the mp4 file (or any file that is not working for you and does not contain any sensitive information) to the email address found at https://help.inprivy.io/faq/how-can-i-contact-you-directly? I'd like to debug this further with the same file that is not working for you. Sorry for the trouble.
