Great idea but platform keeps freezing when generating URL
I enjoy using this product and generally recommend it, but the platform managers need to address the freezing issue.
Additionally, I was unable to find any customer support contact details whether logged in or logged out on the homepage. If the information is there, it’s not clearly visible. There’s no chat or contact button, which makes reaching support unnecessarily difficult.
I want to emphasize that I wouldn’t have left this negative review if the platform had provided a clear way to reach support. My intention is to encourage improvement, not to harm the product’s reputation but the lack of accessible support made for a very frustrating experience.

Aug 11, 2025Thanks for the feedback. We receive quite a few tickets on a daily basis but it was never reported that there is a freezing issue. It would be great if you could reach out to us and let us know where this occurs on your end.
As for support, our "auth" pages (Login, Register) feature a "Need help" link to our help center. The most visited article "How can I contact you directly?" is visible on the home page and findable when searching for "Contact". In addition to that, when you're logged-in, every page has this icon at the bottom, where you can create a support ticket: https://cloud.ivymayhem.io/QXTtrq3v
