The author's behavior is depressing
I tried to point out to the author the bugs in the program that prevent it from working (email and so on), but he doesn't respond anywhere.
I advise buyers to prepare for the fact that there will be no support.

Thanks for your feedback. When exactly have you contacted us? We currently have one open ticket regarding InPrivy and it’s about a team member “issue”, nothing urgent as it’s not a bug but simply the fact that some people don’t understand that they need to switch workspaces. Not sure it’s yours?

Advising buyers to prepare not to receive support is just false, sorry. I personally spent around 1-2h a day dealing with tickets and emails across our platforms.
