Hello, could you kindly let me know when the Live AI Calls (Upcoming) and Chat With Your DB (Upcoming) features will be available, and whether they are included in tier 5?

Tier 5 matches our agency plan, not the business plan. However, all the features in the business plan make it to the agency plan. We already offer an audio mode in the agency plan, and we will make it even better.

Unless Zak states otherwise, you should plan for those to not be included, no where in the deal terms does it state that they would be.
Correct, but I can say that whenever we add more features to the Business plan, those features also become available in the Agency plan after a certain timeframe.
