It's a bit absurd, you let people pay for a license but I cannot acces my training model anymore and feed then more training. What can be done so my credit is back to 40K.

ello, Since the latest update/announcement on the platform, I’m unable to access my account. Every time I try to log in, I am automatically redirected to the subscription page, and I cannot reach the dashboard. Because of this issue, all of my bots are currently broken and inaccessible, which is causing a major problem on my side. I have already tried the following without success: Different browsers Incognito/private mode Clearing cache and cookies The issue persists and I still cannot access the dashboard. Could you please check this urgently and let me know how to resolve it? Also, is there a direct way to contact technical support or the development team? I couldn’t find a support channel. Hello, in 2024 I purchased TIER 3 and all those benefits are gone, or at least it's no longer very clear what benefits my plan has within the platform. Besides, they are asking for a payment method for the purpose of preventing abuse and complying with regulations, and even though they say nothing will ever be charged, I don't find that trustworthy at all since there's nothing legal explaining it, much less the option to cancel a card if you've already provided one. I think the company needs to explain all this or at least provide a way to contact them, because their support doesn't work either.
