Q: Critical issues with Tier 3 (functionality changes, limits, and chatbot management)

I’m writing this publicly and cc’ing AppSumo as we’re facing critical issues after the latest update.
We bought Tier 3 with specific features that have now changed. Clients can no longer edit bots, access conversations, or see leads. This was previously available and is essential. The new roles/permissions make the tool unusable for clients and represent a downgrade.
Also, I’m blocked from creating new agents despite having only 8/20 chatbots. Additionally, there’s no visible option to delete bots.
Please clarify:
If these changes are intentional
If previous access will be restored
Why limits are incorrect
How to delete chatbots
This is impacting our operations.
