ello, Since the latest update/announcement on the platform, I’m unable to access my account. Every time I try to log in, I am automatically redirected to the subscription page, and I cannot reach the dashboard. Because of this issue, all of my bots are currently broken and inaccessible, which is causing a major problem on my side. Hello, in 2024 I purchased TIER 3 and all those benefits are gone, or at least it's no longer very clear what benefits my plan has within the platform. Besides, they are asking for a payment method for the purpose of preventing abuse and complying with regulations, and even though they say nothing will ever be charged, I don't find that trustworthy at all since there's nothing legal explaining it, much less the option to cancel a card if you've already provided one. I think the company needs to explain all this or at least provide a way to contact them, because their support doesn't work either.
Something got updated and now I can not log in and ALL of my bots are broken. every time I log in it just goes to the subscription page. I can not get to the dashboard. InsertChat has been hacked, when will this be fixed? I've contacted the support and the founder email provided by Appsumo, and haven't heard anything back. I've never seen this happened to a SAAS product before. Can appsumo contact them to see what's happening? Can someone assure us, his company is still going and hasn't collapsed already?
