The tiering structure - It seems there are specific features listed under these tiers (like Copilot, Heartbeat, VSL Scripts, and Product Media Library) that are not included in the AppSumo deal. After questioning these, your answer is, these are potential add-ons. The misleading tier structure already sends alarm bells to me. I have no clarity on costs and terms and limits. Are these one-time payment add-ons or monthly? For the sake of transparency it would be helpful if the exact features and any potential future costs, terms and limits, are specified. This would allow me to make an informed decision without having to speculate about additional charges.
