Q: Role permissions changed after the latest update — clients lost access to conversations and account settings

Hello,

I have a lifetime AppSumo account with InsertChat, and after the latest update my clients lost permissions they previously had.

Before the update, the users I invited could view conversations with their own customers and manage their own account settings. Now they can no longer access those conversations or edit their account settings.

This is a serious issue for us because these permissions were essential for our clients’ daily use of the platform.

Could you please confirm if this change was intentional? And how can lifetime AppSumo users restore the previous role permissions?
