Since the latest update/announcement on the platform, I’m unable to access my account. Every time I try to log in, I am automatically redirected to the subscription page, and I cannot reach the dashboard.

Because of this issue, all of my bots are currently broken and inaccessible, which is causing a major problem on my side.

I have already tried the following without success:

Different browsers

Incognito/private mode

Clearing cache and cookies

The issue persists and I still cannot access the dashboard.

Could you please check this urgently and let me know how to resolve it?

Also, is there a direct way to contact technical support or the development team? I couldn’t find a support channel.
