Q: Why are all the benefits purchased in TIER 3 gone?
Hello, in 2024 I purchased TIER 3 and all those benefits are gone, or at least it's no longer very clear what benefits my plan has within the platform. Besides, they are asking for a payment method for the purpose of preventing abuse and complying with regulations, and even though they say nothing will ever be charged, I don't find that trustworthy at all since there's nothing legal explaining it, much less the option to cancel a card if you've already provided one. I think the company needs to explain all this or at least provide a way to contact them, because their support doesn't work either.

This is one of the worst investments I've ever made, and it's because of irresponsible companies like this that it's not a good idea to buy Lifetime products. Be very careful and don't risk your money like this
