Excellent bot platform, Agency features are not implemented - Tier 5 - Maximum license

Bottom Line Up Front / TLDR; Tier 5 - Maximum license
This is currently fully ready for business and personal use. It is not usable for Agencies.
Excellent value for what is offered!

Pros:
* Well-designed bot and primary dashboard
* Excellent bot features - Excellent!!
* Outstanding branding at the bot level
* Very flexible bot back-end, AI, choice buttons, custom responses, the works!
* Great analytics!

Cons:
* CNAME implementation appears to be missing
* Client dashboard contains numerous references to InsertChat, compromising white-labeling
* Client emails are sent from InsertChat despite proper email configuration
* Client dashboard reveals sensitive agency information, including AppSumo usage and remaining credits
* Customer support with no response after 12 hours via email or chat
* Requires extensive searching through Discord to locate information

**** Note: There are TWO dashboards for Agencies: The central dashboard, which is excellent, and the client dashboard that the agency's customers will use and see ****

Overall, InsertChat's bot and central dashboard design show promise. However, it falls short in terms of white labeling and data privacy.

As an Agency, we cannot sell to clients with a self-service client dashboard. We would have to manage each client personally, and the website embedding code would have to be obfuscated.

The lack of CNAME implementation and persistent InsertChat branding on the client dashboard undermine efforts to present a fully branded experience.

The client dashboard also asks your client to review InsertChat in AppSumo, which is very disturbing (I wish we could provide a screenshot)

More concerning is the exposure of agency-level information to clients, particularly AppSumo usage and credit details.

The unresponsiveness in customer support is also a significant drawback.

In conclusion, while InsertChat has some strengths, it requires substantial improvements in white-labeling, data privacy, and customer support to be a reliable solution for agencies and their clients.

We are being as honest and fair as possible. We do not intend to anger or undermine the developers and leaders at InsertChat. This is to set realistic expectations and the associated experience.

We understand the challenges that startups and new businesses face. Development is a two-way street; our feedback is meant to help improve and not be adversarial.

Thank you for your amazing review. I appreciate the time and effort you put into it.

Let me address each point:

1 - The CNAME setup is not missing. It's a manual process on our end. Once we complete it, we'll send you instructions on how to add it to your DNS provider. Just reach out to support.

2 - Some AppSumo users told us about the InsertChat element on the dashboard. These will disappear once you use your own CNAME, which you didn't get because we haven't set it up for you yet. Please reach out to us for this.

3 - You can change the emailing parameters in your dashboard settings.

4 - We've received feedback from some AppSumo users who don't want credits to show when they invite clients to their dashboards. We will remove it.
By the way, most of our resellers and agencies, sell the chatbots, not even the access to the dashboard and they charge for the setup, training, and maintenance.

5 - I saw your support ticket, which you sent on Friday at 8 pm. Our support hours are Monday to Friday until 7 pm, so we couldn’t respond until the next business day. This information is also displayed in red on the support page.
