Insert Chat Is Super Buggy and The Owner + Team Has Shown Probably Some of The Worst Customer Service I have Experienced From A Software Vendor.

My experience with InsertChat has been disappointing. The software is unreliable, with frequent bugs, chatbot errors, and issues training on various website links despite claims to the contrary. Customer support has also been lacking; both the team and the owner, Zac, have shown minimal responsiveness to questions or concerns. I’ve even observed Zac addressing users in the Discord community with a tone that comes across as arrogant and dismissive, which only adds frustration for those needing assistance.

Additionally, the credit system is misleading—unlike other platforms where credits are typically used for conversations, InsertChat consumes credits for multiple minor actions, leading to unexpectedly high credit usage. The pricing structure is also a drawback; it’s higher than many other providers in the market, with no reseller margins or scalable options available. I would have been more than willing to invest further in purchasing more chatbots, training links, or other features as my business grows, but InsertChat doesn’t offer a pricing model that allows for this. Overall, the platform lacks professional standards and flexibility, and it needs significant improvement in both functionality and customer support.
