It looks like a dead project
I'm pretty sad about it, but here at AppSumo, dead products are starting to appear! One of them is InsertChat. No support, you can't configure a new chatbot. Waste of money. It worked pretty well at first, but I assume it was for the purpose of making money. And when they made money, they gave up on it. Or does it only not work with AppSumo accounts? Hey AppSumo - try checking it. You're showering us with new offers, but sometimes it would be good to check old products to see if they work. Maybe that would be a lesson for you. But I understand that it's not your fault that someone shuts down or stops supporting a service after a year.
