2. Does anyone have access to my content on insight voice? No - your content will only be seen by you and your team until you decide to hit publish.

3. How long should my recordings be? The optimal time is 30 to 90 seconds. Clips work best when they answer a single topic with clarity. How long would it take to answer the question if a customer asked you? That's the right amount of time.
