I'm wondering if this tool could work for my use case. I want users to be able to book appointments through either a form or a chatbot/AI assistant. The user would select a service and see available time slots in real-time from Google Calendar. Alternatively, the user could interact with a bot to ask questions, decide on a service, and provide the necessary information. The bot would then check Google Calendar for available time slots based on the user’s preferred date and time, offering alternatives if needed. The goal is to create a seamless booking experience, similar to speaking with a live agent. Could this solution also handle booking via phone calls?
