-- Yes, we have our APIs and webhooks that can be used with Make/Albato. We have helped a lot of our customers to integrate with Make already.

-- BYOK addon is $799 LTD and Your Voice is $19/mo.
6.) Can you explain what the $799 adon cost includes, which was mentioned in the comments?
-- It lets you put in your own openai, azure & elevenlabs key and allows unlimited access to both chat/phone agents.

-- Yes, only one-time payment of $799
8.) If I purchase both Tier 4 and the $799 Addon, will there be any additional charges?

10.) Will my LTD credits be used first, before using my BYOK?
-- Not at the moment. One of the major need of our customers is to keep their data on their own key hence we shift all traffic to the BYOk keys

12.) Are there any limits with the BYOK Addon?

13.) Is there a limit to the number of Twillo numbers I can add to my account?
-- No
14.) Can you explain the difference from having your branding removed vs the White-labeled option?
-- Your branding basically removes our logo from the chatbot agent, while whitelabel is a complete custom branding, your own subdomain, style/css, billing.
15.) With the option to have a voice addon, is there a limit to the number of voices allowed?
-- 1 addon = 1 custom voice. You can buy multiple addons to increase the limit. or we're bringing custom voices with BYOK addon since they will be hosted in your elevenlabs account.
