I would like to know the following things:
1- Can I connect multiple GHL sub-accounts to 1 bot and send to it the variables to can be an AI secretary for the specific business? (I work with only 1 niche so all the base knowledge would be the same)
Example: When a new leads for the business "X" come into start an outbound call that says "I'm the assistant of "X" and when a new lead come into "Y" subaccount start an outbound call that says "i'm the assistant of Y"?
2- Can I use for all the customers a single Twilio number? Connecting it to every sub account and passing the data when an inbound call is coming so the AI assistent can know all the details of that contact and who wanted to call?
3- In this scenario will be the AI voice to book/reschedule appointments in the right sub-account calendar?

Thanks for your query.
1. Yes, you can have multiple GHL subaccount to use a single Assistant and use custom variables in the prompt
2. Yes you can use a single Twilio number.
3. We'd have to make and link all calendars to the Assistant. The accuracy of picking the right calendar would go down as there more number of calendars to pick from by the model.
