Regarding point 1, it's essential to clarify our requirements for client portal access and management. Some of our clients have specific concerns about data privacy and prefer to have their own access portal for managing their bots. Therefore, it would be ideal to have a branded portal to our agency through which they can only exclusively access and manage their bots (ie they have access to only their bots with dashboard). However, as the agency overseeing these operations, I should retain the ability to activate or deactivate client portals as necessary. Additionally, I should have the capability to create and manage portals for clients who consent to sharing data/files to train the bots with us. It's crucial for us to maintain this level of control and security to uphold client trust and confidentiality.
To proceed smoothly, I kindly request a written commitment on the Appsumo platform regarding which pricing tier will include these features. This confirmation will allow us to make an informed decision and proceed with the purchase, enabling us to begin discussions with our clients promptly.
As for points 2 and 3, I understand the development time required for implementing chatbot limits and custom voice features. Could you provide an estimated timeline for these developments? Having a rough idea of the timeframe will help us plan accordingly and manage client expectations.

A: Hi,

After deliberations with the team, we would extend our product to support Whitelabel.

It would comprise of the following features:
1. Your own branded/color customization dashboard
2. Host on your custom domain/subdomain
3. Ability to manage your clients bots once they provide the permission
4. Use your own keys for every 3rd party service incl. GPT, speech recognition, voice, phone, and others
This will be offered as a one-time additional addon for all tier 4 customers once it is developed.

Regarding chatbot limits, the timeline would be about 4 weeks and about the same for custom voice (as an add-on).

Please confirm for #3 that we will be able to deactivate bots regardless of client permissions. This is necessary if they have stopped making regular payments for example.

Also, what is the risk that your team/company will not close after the appsumo deal/next few years?

What will be the pricing for this white label solution?

We intend to provide a one-time add-on for tier 4 customers Whitelabel for a one-time fee of $997 to 1497. Alternatively, there will be a monthly white-label addon as well from 197 - 297 per month.
