BYOK allows you to unlock the platform limits and use voice & text with unlimited usage by bringing your own keys. This is already available as an additional addon for $799 one time or $84 per month
White label is the ability to customize our portal under your brand with logo, colors and resell to your customers by giving them the flexibility to manage their agents by themselves.
Tier 4 will allow you to create and resell chatbots within the allotted limits.

Hi, apologies for the confusion you basically use your own openai, azure speech and Elevenlabs accounts through our platform so you’re billed directly by these providers and also keep control on the data directly rather than depend on us. Thanks

You can find the option under the Settings->Billing page. There you'd find the add-on section incl. the BYOK lifetime and monthly plan.
