I'm enjoying Insighto.ai a lot. I've tried using Bland.ai and Goodcall, finding them both to be limited in certain features and customization. I purchased this software with limited experience in using AI and having no coding skills and was able to quickly write an AI prompt to begin cold-calling leads. I even wrote a prompt to receive and screen inbound calls, using Zapier to email the leads to my agents. This software is awesome and I've been working with their tech support very closely to help me with all of the customization features.
