I currently have an answering service with real people answering phone calls, and a lot of times, the customer is put on hold with music for a long time. I created my first Call Agent, set up my Twilio number, and linked it to Pabbly. At first, I had some issues with my webhook, but Neeraj was very helpful and got it set up quickly. Now I'm able to collect information from callers and will be replacing my answering service with Insighto Call Agents. I can't wait to see what else this app can do. I also learned it can do outbound calls, although I haven't tested that yet, and SMS will be available soon as another channel.
