I've used a few different AI chatbots from different providers over the last few months, each has their good and bad points. Insighto has some amazing features that set them above other providers. The ability for users to search clients' websites via their own voice is amazing, especially for mobile phone users. The accuracy of the training and link retrieval is also far better than most other chatbots. The interface to get chatbots set up is a little fiddly at first, but once you get used to it, it makes a lot of sense. And the support from the developers is truly amazing.
