Q: We bought this a while back but we get timeouts loading the js script & even logging into the website.

Looks like it's been discontinued without noticing users !
I've been experiencing 404/522 server Errors for a while now...
Very disappointing !

Same issues here, and same question. They are totally incommunicado right now. I have sent emails to all email accounts I know of, but nothing, just crickets.
