My initial impressions after placing this on a test website are positive, with a couple of issues.
Installation is simplified with the use of a plugin on WordPress
The data is reporting quickly and accurately, and includes all of the things I need with some thoughtful additions.
The only issue I've experienced is that while the recording from mobile all show, those from desktop are all blank. But perhaps Insignal can tell me if I'm missing something here?
Also it looks like recording from the same device may be merged together. For example, if I visit the site on my mobile, a recording shows. If I then close the browser and revisit said site, a new recording shows which appears to be an amalgamation of the two visits (the original recording no longer available). Is this a default setting or an issue that needs ironing out?

They should not have changed the deal term in the middle of a listing period. Not sure how Appsumo allowing this. The unlimited recording option was removed and changed to 44,000.
I thought, why not, let's give them a try. Now come to find out they are limiting 44,000 recordings not for each site, but for all the sites in the maxed stack code. That is next to nothing. Also, the 1.M page views can get used up real fast.
A word to the developer. If you are going to make the view limit for each site, then need to do the same with the recordings. Just ridiculous. It's a shame that you changed the deal from unlimited to these. Once a deal is published, it should stay honored. If you want to end the deal early, then contact Appsumo and cut it down to shorter timeline. Then re-list the deal if you must.
You can't just change to however you like. You should have calculated and planned ahead, instead of changing the deal when they are sold fast. That's just lack of good business planning. I have written to Appsumo about this. This type of practice should never be allowed. If you are on our multi-vendors Marketplace, then we would have immediately banned you. Shocking that Appsumo let this one slipped by.
Shady practices like this is unacceptable. Your action is unjustified. I have bought many deals on various marketplaces, this is the first time I have seen such malpractice for deal sites. I will be refunding all codes. Hopefully Appsumo never allow this type of seller again on their platform.

The initial offer of unlimited was sold out by 18th due to all the love that Sumo-lings gave us and all the deals bought till that date are being horned and will always stay unlimited as promised when the purchase was made.
Post that, as mentioned we made a modification to maintain support and sustainability and...
The app overall "ok" , all the function are with basic option and only few of them.
The deal itself not balance. UI have lots to be improved. Not GDPR ready. Don't know what kind of policy to put with this spying app.

I just bought this deal - The setup itself went like a dream. I got the script installed on the customer's webshop. - The playback is a bit buggy
HOWEVER! - I find out in my test that Insignal also records the customer's card information! - The most sensitive information when shopping on the Internet. - This is why you use a redeemer and do not want to handle this data yourself. - I doubt that ANY companies will have that responsibility - It breaks ALL GDPR rules
The customer's card information must be censored - This is a brain fart! - and a scary one of a kind
