Couldn't even sign up!
I bought two codes for this service, but the sign up page didn't let me in, as it kept saying the CAPTCHA code I entered was wrong. I sent a message to the support, but got no answer. Then I posted here, then said it was something they were working on and asked me to email them my codes. I did, but no one answered again! When I posted here on AppSumo, they said the error was fixed (it was not) and asked for my email.
I'm not interested in a business that can't fix a sign-up page issue in 5 days, and only answers AppSumo messages. I canceled my codes.

This is not the experience we want to provide. It seems to be an isolated issue because the signup page seems to be working fine for us hence been requesting an email address to address this issue and fix it for you.
Just checked with the support and no open ticket for this issue seems to be there making it hard to track without your email.
