I like it
My initial impressions after placing this on a test website are positive, with a couple of issues.
Installation is simplified with the use of a plugin on WordPress
The data is reporting quickly and accurately, and includes all of the things I need with some thoughtful additions.
The only issue I've experienced is that while the recording from mobile all show, those from desktop are all blank. But perhaps Insignal can tell me if I'm missing something here?
Also it looks like recording from the same device may be merged together. For example, if I visit the site on my mobile, a recording shows. If I then close the browser and revisit said site, a new recording shows which appears to be an amalgamation of the two visits (the original recording no longer available). Is this a default setting or an issue that needs ironing out?

Regarding the recordings being merged, that is done on purpose. The main reason for doing that is to help our user understand visitor behaviour better. So in case, I am browsing your website and on some page, I decided to close the page. Now if I reopen the website and carry on with my browsing it will be a lot easier to understand exactly what page I left and what page brought me back so that you can focus on what it is that made me leave in the first place and what attracted me back.
If we create a new recording for each visit, this crucial detail will be missed. And hence to make it a journey we merge them automatically so the picture becomes a lot clear.
