Q: Since I have a B2C-business, all of my followers/customers have private Instagram accounts where I can't see what they share.
Two questions:
1. If my customers mention my Instagram business account in their private stories, would then InstaChamp be able to send them a thank you DM even though I can't see the stories?
2. Would the same happen if my customers share one of my posts in their own private stories?

> When someone mentions you in their stories you can see it and DM them, even if it is private.
