Q: Why have you not answered questions since Aug 15th?

Still viable?
We had interest in your product, but without seeing any answers to the questions answered here since August 15th it leaves us questioning if you're going to be around.

You mentioned in one or more answers previous to August 15, 2021 that you were about to get some certifications or permissions of significance from Instagram any day. It appeared to be a big deal. Did this happen? If not, does this put the app at risk of being of little value?

Why not answer the questions? Still interested but now your leaving Appsumo in 2 days and without questions answered it's too risky.

Maybe clarify by answering his question?

yes, please answer the above questions as I am interested as well.

I asked a couple of questions yet received no answer, just the type of response you get from somebody's robotic chatbot.

I will make it a little simpler. Only one question.

Why have you stopped answering questions that are being asked here regarding your product?

Possible answers:
(1) You team is too small and there is not enough bandwidth to get back to people within 20 days.
(2) You don't think the questions that have been asked deserve an answer.
(3) An unforeseen bomb (not a real bomb, but rather significant bad news) was dropped on your business which makes the future unsure and you don't want to alert sumo-lings because they might have time yet to seek a refund.
(4) All of the above.

Sorry, but I have run several businesses and the ONLY reason to ignore potential customers and not answer their questions, as you are now doing here, is because significant changes have taken place that will impact the business going forward and you are not prepared to let the world know. Most likely it's bad news for sumo-lings. Would love to be shown and proven that I am wrong. I love to support startups, but I also hate to see others get taken advantage of.

Good luck, and hope sumo-lings are asking themselves - "What does this mean?"
